Let the Sun In

The striking dynamics of this photograph where so fluid that it made me believe that the water was in fact clouds. The contrast of the picture really sets it apart from many others I have seen. Focus immediately shifts to the outskirts of the sea. It took me a while to figure out what was doing this. I found that the light in the far distance and the light near the shore acts as the warm colors and the dark sea in the distance and clouds acted as the cool. Naturally wam colors catch the eye more than cool ones. Contrast in colors is a major part of famous works and a root principle in art. That is why this picture is so appealing to the wide majority of people. I have seen other pictures like this so originality may not be the best. But all around this scene is a great photograph!
